I am sure you have noticed most corporate chains and even many of your competitors have installed ATMs. With the change on 1997, allowing service fees to be charged in Canada, you have an opportunity to move ahead of your slower competition into this new profit center.

Now the real question is not if you need the ATM, but what will you do without one? In addition, how will you maximize your profits once you have one installed in your location?

ATMs are rapidly becoming a necessity. Initially only banks placed expensive lease line ATMs. With the introduction of low cost privately owned ATMs, owners of high traffic locations can profit from them. The reasons a merchant chooses an ATM are customer service and big profits. With a low cost equipment lease or our shared placement service, there is very little out of pocket expense to start earning substantial profits.   1. You may qualify for a full service placement, where you are required to do little more than provide us with space to deploy an ATM in your location.
  2. In other cases you may be required to:
    a) Provide telephone line access. We pay for all ATM calls.
    b) Provide a dedicated circuit with a standard wall plug for power on a grounded circuit.
    c) Load cash in the ATM. A daily float of $ 1,000 - $ 5,000 to determine usage.
    d) Establish a deposit account to receive the ATM dispense cash electronic transfers.
    e) Load paper and ribbon supplied by us. Keep the ATM clean.
    f) Occasionally assist us by following directions from us on the (800) telephone line.
    g) Buy the unit out right or lease the equipment through your own or our credit sources.
    h) Watch your customer’s smiles coming through your door to use your ATM to get their cash.



Different manufacturers have different policies for warranty and service. We only deal with manufacturers that provide you a minimum 1 year warranty. You are assured the equipment you receive from us is free from manufacturer defects and the equipment delivered to you is in good condition or the manufacturer will fix it at no cost to you.

Service Agreement Covers
• Labor costs for worn or broken parts
• 1 yearly preventative maintenance service call
• Interac and processor administrative requests
• Multilingual call center and direct dispatch
• 30 min. per month free phone training for staff
• Client dispute resolution
• Electronic journal storage (7 years Interac)
• Accounting and reconciliation of client lost funds
• Processor request and bank searches
• 1 yearly set up for on screen advertising requested

Service Agreement Does Not Cover
• Same as (A) – See Warranty, above
• Repeated service calls for client error
• Service resulting from failure to comply with our instructions or the equipment operations manual
• Service resulting from unauthorized attachments / modifications to equipment
• Labor normally covered by an insurable claim



Different insurers have different policies for insuring your equipment, your cash and your on site liability. If you are our customer you are always insured for theft and vandalism. Most retailers have a primary insurance coverage for fire, theft and vandalism of general equipment. EEC provides a 2nd payee insurance package that providing the retailer is not insured for the replacement cost of the ATM equipment, EEC has an additional standard insurance program which includes the following:

Standard Insurance covers
  • Theft of equipment

  • Theft of Cash

  • Equipment damaged by fire

  • Equipment damaged by vandals

  • Third party liability





  • With us, it is not as much as you would think. We have several models, many accessories to choose from so contact us with some basic information about your location, and we can find a way to meet your requirements AND your budget.




    We expect to have an ATM installed and operational in less than two weeks. In many instances, we have installed in one week. Please submit your application as soon as possible to establish priority. Your deposit check and an accurately completed application will assure a timely installation. Should you not be approved, your check will be returned to you.
